SoulPad is different. We're long-term thinkers you see, and we enjoy establishing strong links and friendships with our customers. The initial sale is nice, but it is the long-term that interests us most.
We particularly like to assist projects geared towards Conservation, Green Living, The Arts, Alternative Therapies and Children's Activities as these areas fit particularly well with our own company values and interests. However, we and Mr OM have considerably wide-open minds and like to consider all kinds of different ideas. Just let us know what you're planning and we'll see what we can come up with to help.
In many instances, SoulPads can be purchased at a discount. Please complete this on-line Discount Application Form if you or your organisation would like to be considered for a discount. Contact us any time, though keep in mind October is the best time to make contact for discounts. It is your responses in the on-line Discount Application Form that helps us determine the level of discount to be awarded.
Each project is considered in isolation and awarded a discount based on its own merits.

Whether you've purchased one or one hundred SoulPads, we encourage all of our customers to interact with us and each other via the social networks available today (upon which SoulPad has a strong presence: Facebook, Twitter, Flickr etc). For example, if you receive a late cancellation and have a SoulPad to fill - shout about it on our Facebook page. We won't delete your post! The truth is - you're more than welcome. For a while your post will appear at the foot of every page on our website too (see below!)
If the timing is right we can mention you/your organisation in an emailed Newsletter. We have a large database of SoulPadders signed up for regular newsletters. Just let us know if you'd like to be featured in there and we can help drive folks your way.
If your business/venture fits with our ethos and we like what you do, then featuring in our Articles and News pages will help all to understand your set-up on a deeper level. This can be just the sort of endorsement a new business or venture needs.
We understand our products better than anyone else. Any questions or assistance required will be dealt with efficiently and with good grace.
We have a wealth of experience and if you want it, we can give valuable advice on the suitability and application of our products with your project in mind. It doesn't always follow that the most expensive items in our range will be the best for your project. Being long-term thinkers we're keen to assist you in making informed decisions. It's possible to invest unnecessarily in completely the wrong kit. For the sake of your project and our long-term relationship we don't want that to happen.
After Sales Service
We follow a strict code of conduct when it comes to service. If you've had a peek at the various forums you'll already know our after sales service is second to none. We take a genuine pride in providing supreme after sales care. SoulPad will not leave you high and dry after you've made a purchase (no matter what the quantity). We are interested in servicing our sales for as long as needed. As a valued customer you will soon become aware that our relationship with you is long term. That's the SoulPad way.
SoulPad stocks a wide range of spare parts for the SoulPad range. We carry a full range of spares to service our sales and if for some reason we don't have it, we can certainly get it! When other bell tent suppliers disappear we're here to help service their customers too.
